Corporate and Foundation Relations

Support from foundations and corporations is vital to East Stroudsburg University’s mission to develop a culture of research and scholarship. The Corporate and Foundation Relations Department manages and coordinates ESU’s relationships with corporations and private foundations to increase funding support to the university. The department offers full and individual attention to all faculty and staff inquiries by providing prospect research, clearance to approach corporations and private foundations, recommendations for cultivation and solicitation strategies, and stewardship activities.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast PA supports Swim and GymRonald McDonald House Charities of Northeast PA supports Swim and Gym Thanks to the generosity of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Pennsylvania, children with physical disabilities will have the opportunity to participate in East Stroudsburg University’s community-based Swim and Gym Program. The $5,998 grant awarded to the East Stroudsburg University Foundation will be used to purchase adaptive sporting equipment.

“The primary goal of this program is to provide children with disabilities with a great opportunity to learn fundamental sport skills, improve social skills, and enjoy physical activity in the community,” said ESU professor Dr. Mihye Jeong, director of the program. “This is a great opportunity for both children with disabilities and our future educators and professionals.”
