ESU Emergency Response Request Form

The Emergency Response Fund set up by the ESU Foundation and the summer portion of the CARES Act funds have been exhausted and applications for assistance can no longer be accepted at this time. When the fall semester resumes at the end of August, more CARES Act funds will be made available. At that time, the University will notify all enrolled students of fund availability.
