ESU Foundation Celebrates Third Annual Thank A Donor Day

Third Annual TADD brings ESU Community together in gratitude

The East Stroudsburg University Foundation welcomed students, faculty, and staff to celebrate its Third Annual Thank A Donor Day on April 22, 2026, at the Dansbury Commons Plaza. The event served as a meaningful reminder of the generosity that helps shape the ESU experience and supports Warriors both inside and outside the classroom.

Throughout the day, students stopped by the plaza to write thank-you notes, record video messages, and reflect on the opportunities made possible through donor support. From scholarships and academic programs to athletics and emergency assistance, participants shared personal stories about how philanthropy has positively influenced their time at ESU and helped them pursue their goals with confidence.

This year’s event also emphasized the importance of connection within the Warrior community. Students expressed appreciation not only for financial support, but for the encouragement and belief donors provide through their continued investment in ESU’s future. Faculty and staff joined in the celebration as well, recognizing the many ways donor generosity strengthens campus life and enhances the student experience.

To thank students for participating, the Foundation awarded several prizes throughout the event. Prize winners are listed below:

  • Natalie Lonwg – $25 Weis gift card
  • Norah Stangle – $25 Starbucks gift card

  • Emily Buckley – $25 GIANT gift card
