WWWG FAQ

FAQ's

We have outlined some frequently asked questions below, but we encourage you to contact the ESU Foundation at 570-422-3333 or sspeirs@esufoundation.org. A member of the team can help you decide which participation level is best for you.

At what financial level of support can I participate in the Warrior Women Who Give circle?
The WWWG circle includes tiered participation levels. Please see our Levels and Benefits page for further details. Our yearly giving cycle runs from July 1 – June 30. Gifts at any level are due by June 30th of the preceding year.

Can I stay at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level for multiple years?
Of course! We are hoping that you will enjoy the circle as we do, and see the many benefits of increased financial commitment, but increasing your level is not required.

Can I participate without actively engaging?
Yes. We do have participants who choose this option. They receive meeting updates, which include notice of upcoming events, should they be able to join us on occasion.

Will other WWWG Circle participants know what I donated?
To the greatest extent possible, circle participants do not know who donated what amount. That is by design and part of the charm of our circle. Donation amounts are known to the ESU Foundation staff as that information is part of our database.

Can I support Warrior Women Who Give anonymously?
Yes. You may donate to the women’s giving circle without the participants knowing your name or the amount of your gift. That information can be kept in confidence by the ESU Foundation.

Do I have to have an affiliation to East Stroudsburg University to participate?
No. Naturally, our current participants include women with an affiliation to ESU — be it as alumnae, employees and administrators, parents of ESU students, and other friends of the University, but we welcome any individual or business who desire to support our mission.
